I've brought on MattBleez as an admin

I brought on MattBleez as an admin because I believe that he will be incredibly fair in the way he passes out judgement on members for acting the way they shouldn't (disobeying the site rules etc.)

I may bring on more but I've come to realize after seeing various threads and listening to other staff members that I am not nearly as active as I should be. And for that I apologize.

I'd like to give a glimpse into a week in my life so that some people can see why it's harder for me to post as much or monitor unruly members:

Monday to Thursday:

Get up at 6:00 AM to get ready for work.
Board train at 6:37 AM
Arrive in Seattle at 7:24 AM
Walk to bus and board it at 7:35 AM
Get off bus and arrive at work at 7:50 AM
Work from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM without access to monitoring websites etc.
Leave from work and get onto bus at 5:17 PM
Arrive at train station at 5:30 PM
Get onto train at 5:45 PM which leaves at 5:55 PM
Get back to Puyallup at 7:00 PM
Eat dinner at 7:10 PM to 7:30 PM
Get onto Halo 3 at 7:30 PM to play Game Battles games until 10:30 PM
Go to bed.

Friday:

Get up at 6:00 AM to get ready for work.
Board train at 6:37 AM
Arrive in Seattle at 7:24 AM
Walk to bus and board it at 7:35 AM
Get off bus and arrive at work at 7:50 AM
Work from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM without access to monitoring websites etc.
Leave from work and get onto bus at 5:17 PM
Arrive at train station at 5:30 PM
Get onto train at 5:45 PM which leaves at 5:55 PM
Get back to Puyallup at 7:00 PM
Eat dinner at 7:10 PM to 7:30 PM
Go out with friends or do something fun.
Go to bed.

Saturday and Sunday

Get up late (unless I go to church on Sunday)
Do backend work on websites / server to make sure stuff works alright.
Read PM's on every website I run.
Do something out of the apartment at least once a weekend.
Do Halo lessons for people
Do more Game Battles games.

Fit spending time with my wife into the week.

So basically, I'm really busy these days. I'm doing my best and will try to make sure I ban people that act like jerks and post on the site more but it's just been hard. I think Matt will do a great job and may even bring more people on as Admins later.

Yes. Something that people need to realize is that the one thing that I am able to check very frequently is my PM box if I'm particularly busy on a day...

Congrats Matt, now all you gotta do is make a legendary tage, j/k, <3 Matt, and THG, your schedule is very tough, so I think everyone will understand you.

Well I just want people to know that it's not that I don't care about the site. I've just been really busy and I know that I need more help to manage HB.
