I've received some complaint from members on the site about people spamming too much. So I thought I'd share a few words about it:

If you find yourself routinely posting worthless content:

i.e. Over half of your posts aren't even a full sentence

Please settle down a little. It isn't the end of the world if you don't reply to every thread on the forum more than once.

In my opinion, IF there were an important number on the site it'd be your "thread's started" count. Because these are the people that literally start a new conversation for people to participate in that hasn't been talked about before. (granted, some of the staff members are always posting new contests, or videos etc. but that's what our job is about).

Anyway, I'm not trying to tell you not to post, I'm just asking that you think a little more before you post. You really don't have to post on everything.

i think leaderboards make people spamming more... but it's a good point to some few rules..

spamming is like aids, no matter how hard u try to stop it, it goes to Africa


i think that leaderboards also increase it but id rather have leaderboards then not have them so there is not much you can do but give people infractions, theyll get the message

This stuff is not spam. Why? Because it's all on topic with the thread besdies my post right now, and yours.


I'm also unsure if that was a sarcastic remark or you were serious, but as long as it stays on topic, and you contribute to the thread, then it's not spam.

Talking to 1 single person like a chat, 1-4 word answers (usually), pointless posts, people should know what spam is and is not.

To keep this on topic, I can honestly say today is already a HUGE improvement and I would like to that everyone who is active on this forum for keeping it to a minimum so far. ^^
