England has a population of approx. 50,000,000

USA has a population of approx. 300,000,000

As you can see the population of the USA is much much higher. With this contrast of population size the US is more likely too produce more talent in anything from tennis or in this case halo. My point is from such a small population someone has beaten many people from a much larger population, which is something to be admired; he may not have reached the top 16 but the top 32 is amazing looking at where he comes from.

Population may make a difference, but not for teams of 4 that much.


It's more of an individual game, and indeed they may come out with more individual players. However it doesn't mean that players from other countries are at a disadvantage. There will simply be less, but no real disadvantage.

That is the most ignorant thing ive evered heard. Population size making a person better at Halo? Ok Im from a small town so therfore less people making me better at Halo due to the fact that there is less people to choose from? So if I go to an event and place 820 then... thats good SINCE im from small town. NO. That is dumb , its compared to all those 6.1 billion people in the world not the UK and US. If he placed 32 than that is 32. Not 16. Not because a higher population "produces more talent".

Higher populations due tend to have more talent. A good example is highschool.

Schools with a higher population will more then likely have more talent for a football team.


However, in regards to Halo it has very little to no effect.

I don't know why people pick fav. pros because 9.9/10 of them are pro because they have no life which makes them un pro at life which neutralizes the grand feeling of being pro at halo which makes them a nobody.
