RRL is the same thing as RR.... just press RR then don't do anything, you will fire 2 shots. i tried RRL with no nades and most of the time i only shot 1 shot but when I RRed it shot 2 normal speed. I like the RRBXR because you can do it even when half your clip is gone which is really nice for in combat.
