The thing is if there is a draft, its not really fair because not everyone plays together. I've played with more people from haloboards recently, but not enough to judge anyone on any level. Some people that want to participate in the 4v4 I have not played with at all, and they have not played with me obviously. An NFL draft works because those players are already well known and have been around for years (alot of them atleast) and you can find tons of statistics on them compared to and against the other players participating in the draft.

I honestly don't care either way..I think the hat is better because it'll lead to less complications.
