Halo PC takes so much more skill than the Xbox version. Trust me. I don't feel like having to explain why.

You have to play it when you're not the host.

From what I've seen in Halo PC montages it looks like it plays like Halo CE on Xbox Connect. Because it seems like you have to lead your target quite a bit. I can see how that adds a little extra difficulty.
I'm a huge fan of LAN like speeds while playing Halo lol. And the internet where I live is pretty terrible, so I can definetely feel the lag that I didn't get when I was in college playing H2.

Its actually a bit worse than XBC from what I've heard. But at least we have a little beep when the target is hit and we get to use a percise mouse too.

Yet despite those advantages, we still do not have auto-aim. And if all XBC players have decent ping, regardless of how far they are apart, the connection and performance is almost perfect with the occasional hiccup. Trust me, it's much harder on PC.

Indeed PC is harder, and takes more skill. All you have to watch a match of some pros playing halo PC and some pros playing halo xbox, halo PC pros play more aiming and less map control.

And to answer someone's question yes it is worth it to play online. And it is a free service if you have high-speed internet!

exactly what he said

Indeed im played Halo Ce on pc....i got pooped on as well, then when the xbox 360 came out i heard you could plug your xbox 360 controller into your computer and play with your controller but i don't think that is possible if it is...who ever uses the controller would have a advantage anyways back on topic yeh it seems to me its harder.
