I play Black Hawk Down and CSS , a good thing to use is to get someone to send you Full Version of fraps. It works really well. Then use Vegas to edit the clips

Buy a camera, buy a table or whatever, put it on the table, put in some batteries, let it tape, go play a game. You'll see yourself playing a game.

Now one thing you have to watch out for is that if you use Fraps there are some graphics cards that will not support Fraps and you will get yellow lines while your game play, but my friend has a ATI Radeon graphics card. If Fraps doesn't work then go get Game Cam, but Fraps is way better quality.
