Dno for sure if the sticks follow the opponent there a bit, but I think so tho

In halo pc they dont follow at all, they fall straight down, and when launched, you have to choose the side urself. like when u throw the stick a bit to the left of the coming explosion, it will go a bit left. But they never follow an opponent.
