Sure, halo xbox was a pretty good competitive console fps, but unfortunately console is the key word there. Fatal1ty said it best when he said all the really good gamers play PC. Halo was skillful for a console FPS, but when you try to compare the skill of that to the skill of someone using a mouse in a game like ut2k4 or q4 then it only takes about 10 seconds to see that there are obvious imbalances that would make halo xbox a game less suited for competitive play.

You say that everyone knows that halo was meant to be played on the xbox? Maybe if you talk to a random guy he would say that, but then again you were talking about competitive play, and maybe 0.1% of gamers are competitive, and in the end there are definitely more hpc players that are competitive than halo 1 xbox players.

PS. Muffin, coming 15th in a game that is competitively dead is no achievement.

KYS. The ogres could dominate Fatalitly in any game regardless of pc or xbox if they put equal time into it, quote me on that. Also do you realize that while PC may be more competitive for FPS, the only competitive halo players that are any good are playing it on console? Do you also not notice that you have a mouse and keyboard? That means you can accurately lead you shots through bullet lag, something that is much more difficult to do when you play with a controller in your hand, that is why the kids who dominate on XBC are so much more talented then those who use a precise mouse.

Also you obviously do not follow MLG or did not follow it in halo 1, so how can you say halo pc has more competitive gamers than Halo CE for consoles? You my friend are a straight up **** stain who needs to get his head out of his ass and get over your I am a god I play PC games because quite frankly I would put money down that while I only occasionally play CS 1.6 on PC and I play no other PC games, that if I had Halo pc I would dominate you in everyaspect of of the game, thinking, shooting, sniping, everything. Seriously you infuriate me, how can you even argue that a game no one plays and never did play at a top notch level is more competitive then the most competitive console shooter of all time?

How many competitive PC leagues does the united states currently have? I believe the only one still in as existence in the states is CPL, which has now branched out and picked up console games (Halo 3) Now how many console leagues do we have? TGN, X league, MLG, WSVG
