Granted, the assault rifle's melee is quick and actually quite deadly because four shots followed by a running melee is enough to kill someone, but it's still a crappy inaccurate weapon that's best replaced by the pistol.

Wow, and I thought I had problems respecting other peoples' "opion"s. It's absolutely crappy when you can use a pistol instead at medium range, there's just no contest. I could own you side-ways if you used an AR against me and if I had a pistol. It's not that the assault rifle is totally hopeless, but why would you use it when you have the pistol? GG, hold the re.

By the way: AR SUCKS ASS. Pistol is far FAR better than the AR. I'd rather even use a sniper (not pistol tho) up close than an AR (yes I suck with it aswell..).

Though I once managed to win from a pistol medium-ranged with AR... but I guess it was a nub anyway,lol
