above the waterfall in haloce halo level

can someone explain how to get above the waterfall.
i have heard that once there, you can watch the escape pods spawning .

I don't think so... there aren't any pods in that MULTIPLAYER level... and they are in the second multiplayer level (with the huge waterfall).

i am talking about 2nd level halo ce.
first structure, and when done fohammer brings first warthog.
ok.
the waterfall i am talking about is the one visible when you initially get out of the dropship.
i have heard you can take the warthog. climb the hill next to the structure, close to where you entered, and get above the waterfall.
anyone know anything about this trick.
once there i saw a clip of the three other dropships spawning .

Yes, it's most definitely possible, I just have a hard time remembering how.
