yeah from my experience the hardest thing is playing like you know how to play. LAN for me is exceptionally more difficult than XBL and idk why. I guess it depends on how the Tourney is set up.

Well a friend of mine opened up a LAN center and they hold h3 tourney every two weeks my advice to is just stay calm and come earlier then anyone so you can get used to the set up and TV, because if your not used to the TV then your screwed. If you guy s come to MLG San Diego its 1 exit away from the MLG venue. Untitled Document

they have the same tv's as me so i have an advantage there.but i wont have much practice since ill be going straight from school(minimum day ftw).

yea man, normally you will start to breath heavier and notice your br is a little shaky, I know a lot of people drop there look sensitivity 1 notch for lan just because of the adrenaline.

that sucks that you dont have a better teamate. but yeah my first lan i was nervous but lucky for me my first 2 rounds(ffa) were a breeze so i calmed down, then i got screwed on the last round cuz the gave me a broken controller. i know what you are thinking(why didnt you bring your own) i did, i called the place the day before the tourny to make sure we were playing on a regular xbox, and they said yes, then i get tehre with my s controller and turns out the guy that owns the game store's son plays on a 360 regularly so he switched it to 360 without telling anyone. so i didnt have my 360 controller. it was so gay, i came in 4th and quinn came in 2nd and we were by far, i mean by FAAAR the best players there.
