well what about ranked??? plus i just did that cuz i was bored and i dont like shields in halo 1, i like em in H2 and H3 but i just cant play shields well in H1

yet they still call me a noob cuz i cant. i just dont find a pistol a good long range weapon, it takes me like 6-8 shots to get a kill. rarely do i get a 3 shot. but yet for some reason i can head shot easily in no shields. and they're 1 hit kills

that makes no sense.... you cant head shot with shields but without you can? Maybe you just cant continously get headshots...
