wowz that was epic. I spotted some problems but they're close.
The human race is forerunner b/c in the newest Hao book, contact Harvest you find out that the Covenant find out how humans are the real forerunners and with out the illusions that all forerunners were left behind, there religion and their government would fall apart. So thats why they're out to destroy us. And I think that this plot could very well be a great plot connection between Halo and Marathon being that marathon is hundreds of years b4 the first Halo game. Good guess. Might be right.
