call 1800-4MY-XBOX, go through the dam automated guy in the beginning and then once u get to talk to an agent, tell them yur problem. i always call xbox live for a last straw. and if nuthing else is working, i suggest you do the same.

first of all, i'm able to log on my profile through the internet, but i'm unable to download it i asked my friend (i Blue ninja i) several times, but he never experienced this before
