What is the point?

Have any of you bought H2V yet?
I havent, but it's pretty expensive for a 3 year old game.
The only new features are new maps.
And I don't see much point in making a port on PC only a few months before the release of Halo 3!
Plus, to be smart they wouldn't make it on PC all-together so close to the release of Halo 3! Because
1. People wouldn't buy halo 2 on PC, they would buy Halo 3 instead
2. It wouldnt sell much copies, except for the people who havent played it before or don't have an Xbox/Xbox 360

so yeah, what do you guys think about this?

they made the game so ppl from countries that couldn't play the game, could do it on a PC instead, i had a such problem

Ok, but I still don't think it was worth doing. If I were Bungie, I would have ported it onto PC 6 months - 1 year after the initial release as during that period gamers are still wild about the release. Yet again, I wouldn't buy it, I would get it off my friends and install a No-CD crack

Yes, but what I was saying was, that there's not much point in releasing H2V so close to the release of the most anticipated game of '07. However, It would be worth doing after Halo 3 calms down, and Bungie decide to release "classics" in which they re-release games that were previously released like a "flashback" Like how Atari always make's their flashback games with Space invaders and all the old games they made in the early days etc etc

it was fun at start but i bought it just to earn more GS

i dont like xbox or 360, im a playstation guy.. but i still ove halo. h2v is real fun for me even tho theres not many ppl that play it.. when im not playing halo 1 pc i can play halo 2 with a few friends who haveit

nooo im good with BR just better with sniper
which means at real matches i would be the sniper just like in h1pc
