You might squeak by with less than a 2 ghz processor my old PC is a 1.7 the only issue is the single player cause the processor handles all the AI although the multi ran well

There are third party patches for H2V but most are still in the first stages and a wee glitchy not that i would know =p. So i would wait a while before buying it.
