How do you do a launch by throwing a frag at the ground? I saw it in Phurions new tage and i was like "WHAAAAAATTT?!?!?" Help plz.

You just throw it against the ground at a slight angle so when it bounces you have enough time to change to your plasma grenade and throw it.
