halo isnt something that someone can help u with, they can show u how to play but u wont be able to get it right away. it takes time a development of refelxes and instincts that get the mad trigger finger you have been awaiting

Just play FFA like a mindless zombie into the wee hours of the morning, or
4v4 customs if you have a team. Don't waste time with matchmaking, if any MM play team hardcore, still not as good as customs but not as bad as other MM games. And don't worry about it too much, you will get better, IT TAKES TIME, people learn at different paces.

Nah play Team Hardcore off host !! ..... but still play customs and really start to play alot of FFA !!
