Except that last time I checked, Halo 2 Vista won't have ranks like they do on the Xbox version. Also, MufF1n's PC is too crappy to run it.

Modding is manipulating game content to expand the experience of the game. Cheating or hacking is manipulating game content to gain an unfair advantage that is against the rules. Don't get these two terms mixed up; they are completely differentiated. (A mod in an online game doesn't affect just one person, but
everybody in the server. If
one person has the ability to shoot sniper rifles that fire warthogs, so does everybody else. After all, it's server-sided.)
If you think there will be more cheating, the answer is no, not necessarily. I don't understand why, but console gamers tend to think for some reason that PC games are more prone to being hacked. I mean,
yeah, there are a ton of cheaters and hacks on Counter-Strike, but it's not as bad as you think it is.
